Utilization Management Operations Lead

Job Description:

A company is looking for a UM Operations Strategy & Implementation Lead responsible for overseeing operational and compliance activities within the Utilization Management department.

Key Responsibilities

Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with various teams to implement changes and support compliance initiatives
Analyze data to identify gaps and support continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, population health, or a related field, or equivalent experience
A minimum of five years of experience in Utilization Management or a related field
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure is preferred
Six Sigma or project management certifications are preferred
Experience with quality control and process standards is preferred
