Job Description:

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced administrative professional. One of Santa Barbara?s hottest Marketing companies is seeking a Sales Assistant to join their team!

This is a dynamic workplace and the right candidate will provide important support to two busy sales representatives. This is an ideal position for someone who is detail obsessed and can handle multiple projects simultaneously!

Skills / Responsibilities:

-Basic office clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, use of office equipment such as a fax machine, copier and printer

-Produce monthly, quarterly and annual sales performance reports

-Coordinates monthly Group Sales meetings with the clients including venue selection, agenda orchestration, and confirming logistics.

- Maintains the master Sales Calendar

-Responsible for fact checking and processing detailed documentation

-Must possess clear communication skills, both written and verbal

Desired Pluses:

-Familiarity with HTML, InDesign and Photoshop

-Interest in PR/Hospitality

- Familiarity with Santa Barbara

Education/Qualifications

-Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field

- 2 ? 4 years of administrative experience

-Working knowledge of the MS office suite

-Solid writing, editing, researching and fact-checking skills

-Positive attitude!

-Desire to stay in Santa Barbara for several years
