A company is looking for a Marketing Program Manager to oversee training and enablement for customer-facing teams in the technology sector.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute training programs and materials for onboarding and sales teams on technology partner integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and stay updated on technology partner interactions
Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs


Required Qualifications

A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Program Management, Product Marketing Management, or Sales Enablement, preferably in the technology sector
Proven success in developing and implementing scalable training and enablement programs
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating quality user experiences
Exceptional copywriting and editing skills for various internal and external materials
Experience in managing resource materials such as user manuals and walkthroughs
