Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Marketing to lead
marketing efforts and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the company's brand and voice as both a tech
company and a university
Develop and execute data-driven B2B marketing strategies focused on
demand generation and lead acquisition
Build and manage a high-performing marketing team while optimizing
multi-channel marketing campaigns
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B startup role,
preferably in SaaS or edtech
Proven experience in building and scaling a startup marketing
team
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, including demand generation
and account-based strategies
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems,
specifically Salesforce
Data-driven decision-maker with a strong analytical mindset
