Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of engineers and security researchers to develop and

Collaborate with engineering, product, and services teams to
establish technical vision and strategy
Drive adherence to secure software development practices and foster
a security-first culture
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in software development, with at least 10
years in security product development
Proven experience in building diverse and inclusive engineering
teams
Strong understanding of security principles, methodologies, and
scalable systems
Demonstrated ability to manage and scale engineering teams
effectively
Experience in using data-driven frameworks to inform strategic
decisions
