Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Transformation Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation through operationalization
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring integration across multiple teams
Establish analytic frameworks and performance dashboards for ongoing measurement of initiative success

Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years in transformation leadership, project management, or scrum master experience
Experience in leading large-scale initiatives
Strong business acumen with a focus on SaaS/Cloud strategy and transformation
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
High emotional intelligence and executive presence
