Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager to enhance
product development processes and drive efficiency in
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and refinement of product development
processes for cross-functional alignment
Optimize Jira configurations and provide training for effective
product management practices
Facilitate collaboration between product teams and manage
cross-functional projects
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Product Management and Product Operations
in an Enterprise SaaS environment
Deep knowledge of the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC),
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Continuous
Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD)
Hands-on experience in Jira system administration
Experience with product analytics tools and BI tools
Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or relevant area
