Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to assist in
protecting legal interests and providing counsel to employees and
executives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and analyze legal issues and contracts
Provide legal counsel in support of business initiatives and
regulatory advice
Structure, draft, review, and execute key legal documents
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and graduation from an accredited law school
3 to 5 years of relevant experience
State bar membership for the state employed in
Complete understanding of legal principles and standards
Ability to work under changing deadlines and priorities
