Job Description:

A company is looking for a Cloud Administrator III to provide administration for cloud computing platforms and deliver excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve or escalate technical issues for customers via phone and ticketing
Secure, administer, and improve customer technical issues related to cloud services
Collaborate with Account Managers to build strong customer relationships

Required Qualifications:

3 years of related experience in cloud administration
Certification in AWS, Azure, GCP, Openstack, or other cloud computing platforms
Proficient knowledge of Linux and Windows OS troubleshooting
Understanding of web host and database technologies such as MSSQL/IIS and MYSQL/APACHE
Developing knowledge of DevOps and/or Micro-services technologies
