Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cyber Security Specialist responsible
for developing and implementing security awareness training
programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive security awareness training
programs for all employees
Create engaging training materials and conduct regular training
sessions
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of security training programs
and provide reports to senior management
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in cybersecurity awareness
training roles
Experience with Workday Learning and other learning management
systems (LMS) is highly preferred
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best
practices
Proficiency in Google Workspace and relevant training development
tools, including Adobe Captivate
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards, such as
NIST and ISO
