Host Job DescriptionFlorence Osteria is seeking a skilled Host to provide exceptional guest experiences and ensure seamless operations in our restaurant. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience.Key Responsibilities:

• Greet Guests: Welcome guests warmly, making them feel valued and appreciated.
• Manage Seating: Efficiently seat guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Communicate with Guests: Clearly inform guests of wait times, specials, and other important information.
• Monitor Waitlist: Effectively manage the waitlist, ensuring guests are notified when their table is ready.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with servers, bartenders, and other staff to ensure excellent service.
• Perform Administrative Tasks: Reconcile cash drawers, manage reservations, and perform other administrative duties as needed.Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a host in a full-service restaurant.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
