Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Support Specialist II to
support retail credit underwriting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage a pipeline of retail loan applications, ensuring
accuracy and compliance
Perform various operational tasks during associate inquiries and
support service resolution
Develop relationships with associates to streamline service
experience and handle escalated issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of
experience in Support, Operations, or Customer Service
Banking industry experience
Advanced Customer Service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook
Proven experience managing daily workflow autonomously
