Job Description:

Global womenswear brand, Naked Wardrobe, is seeking a talented Production Coordinator with relevant experience and skills to join our fast-paced team. We are looking for a motivated candidate who is adaptable, flexible, and a self-starter in a team-driven environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: -
- - - - - - -Understand the -product -creation process from development hand-off to -production - - - - - - -Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Design, Tech Design, Development, and Receiving to ensure on time delivery per calendar - - - - - - -Partner with -Product -Development and Design team to troubleshoot issues that may arise during -production with a focus towards resolution - - - - - - -Work with development team on maintaining PLM System - - - - - - -Follow up with vendors regarding samples to ensure timely arrival for fittings and key seasonal meetings - - - - - - -Update WIP and T&A based on -production -schedule - - - - - - -Daily communication with factories - - - - - - -Follow up with vendors throughout the -production -stages to ensure deadlines are being met - - - - - - -Coordinate shipping timelines and work alongside shipping team to ensure all -products -arrive on time - - - - - - -Monitor the -production -process from the first sample to final delivery
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- - - - - -2-3 years of apparel industry experience - - - - - -Fluent in Korean is a plus - - - - - -Proven experience with apparel/garment costing and vendor negotiation - - - - - -Proven experience with sourcing, logistics, and production terminology - - - - - -Strong leadership skills - - - - - -Must be a team player - - - - - - -Must possess a positive and professional attitude - - - - - - -Must be flexible -and adaptable - - - - - -Strong organizational -skills is a must - - - - - - -Other duties as assigned - - - - - -May lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
