• Negotiate with clients to develop favorable terms.
• Review documents for accuracy, comprehensiveness, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Assist in corporate legal processes such as mergers and transactions.What You Need
• Knowledge of corporate taxation, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law.
• Familiarity with corporate structures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be in good standing with the CA State Bar.

• Location: Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley.
• Competitive Salary $130,000 - $140,000 (Plus Bonus).
• This is a full-time, long-term position.
• The position is immediately available.
